AutoCLIP can redirect call to original extension. The S-Series PBX and Yeastar Cloud PBX automatically stores information about outgoing calls to the AutoCLIP routing table. When a person calls back, the call will be routed directly to the original extension (e.g. receptionist) that made the former mentioned outgoing call.
AutoCLIP feature is used to redirect caller of a returned call to the original caller. Because when using PBX lines, people will always find it difficult to reach the original caller when returning a call, especially for missed call callers. When there is a missed call, many often they will call back, and they will stumble on “How may I direct your call”.
