Who can enter?

Yeastar Yeahs Awards are open to all Yeastar distributors and channel partners around the world.

How do I enter?

To participate in the Customer Success Excellence category, kindly submit your entry HERE.

For the Hosting Partner 2024 category, submit your entry HERE.

Alternatively, you can download the submission form, fill it out, and email it back to marketing@yeastar.com.

Make sure to submit your entry before September 13, 2024, 23:59:59 GMT.

Can I submit multiple entries?

Certainly! Except for ACE Distributor 2024, where the winner will be determined based on the number of submissions, you can submit entries for both the Customer Success Excellence and Hosting Partner 2024 categories, or you can choose to submit multiple entries for only one of the categories.

However, please ensure that each entry is a valid submission and meets all the specified requirements.

What does winning mean?

All final winners will receive global recognition from Yeastar. The entry submitted will be highlighted as a Yeastar case study and featured on Yeastar’s website, social media, press release, etc. Winners will also be rewarded with amazing winner prizes, award certificates, and shiny trophies.

When will the winners be announced?

On September 30, 2024, Yeastar will announce a shortlist of 10 finalists for the awards on our social media platforms. Make sure to follow us for the latest updates.

Following that, the award ceremony in October 2024 will unveil the 4 winners for Customer Success Excellence, chosen with great care from the pool of 10 finalists.

We will also announce the winners for ACE Distributor 2024, Hosting Partner 2024, and Honorable Mentions during the award ceremony.

When can I claim my prize?

Once your entry is considered valid, you are eligible to receive your participation prize, which will be distributed after the shortlist is announced on September 30, 2024. You will be contacted via email and receive details on how to redeem it.

Winners for Hosting Partner 2024, ACE Distributor 2024, and Honorable Mentions will be contacted after the award ceremony to redeem the prizes.

In general, the best submissions will include authentic case details, defining the challenge, solution, results, and impact, to convince us why your story deserves to win. Additionally, adding metrics and quantifiable benefits of utilizing Yeastar solutions will further strengthen your submission.
