It’s Here! New Linkus Beta Unlocks S-Series VoIP PBX Support

It’s finally here! Without further ado, we’re supper excited to announce that the new Linkus Communication App Beta now can work with S-Series VoIP PBX! Available using Microsoft Windows, iOS, and Android, Linkus makes real-time communication easy across multiple devices.

With the new Linkus beta, try out some of the best and most popular softphone and collaborative features on your computer desktop or mobile phone. Whether you’re having a voice conversation with a colleague or communicating with your customers while on the go, you’ll soon see why having Linkus coordinated with you S-Series VoIP PBX system creates ultimate communication experience.

Features at a Glance:

  • One Number Concept

The new Linkus helps you break away from the confinement of a traditional office space and create the flexibility of working from anywhere with desktop and mobile client. Receive and answer business calls anywhere with internet connection while keeping your personal phone number private.

  • Advanced Call Handling

Linkus beta for desktop and mobile is a fully-fledged application to manage all inbound and outbound voice traffic easily and conveniently. On the desktop client, with the simple use of mouse it is therefore possible to interact with the calls seamlessly: call, hold, mute, transfer and record. And on the mobile client, the call control is just as easy with a simple touch.

  • Call Forwarding and Ring Strategies

Personalized ring strategy and ring timeout settings empower users to manage which device should ring, when and for how long. When you can’t accept a call, the configured call forwarding rules will automatically forward your call to extension, mobile number, queue voicemail or any destination you prefer, reducing caller frustration and wait times.

  • Full Enterprise Directory with Presence

Use real-time presence information to reduce communication delays. The colored presence and status indicators allow you to see who is available, away, busy or on a call immediately and intuitively. You can also customize your own presence status description.

  • CRM Integration on Desktop Client

Linkus Desktop support integration with your Google contacts with Call Pop and call journals, which allow you to keep synced with your customers when they calling in. More CRM will be supported soon.

  • Instant Messaging and Group Chat (Coming Soon)

Integrated messaging functionality allows co-workers to communicate with each other more effectively. Features like 1-to-1 messaging, group chat and file transfer are all included.

We have released a special S-Series VoIP PBX firmware 30.9.0.5 for the new Linkus. Just download the firmware here. Please note that this version for S-Series VoIP PBX does not support IM feature. But it’s definitely in our plan. If you’d like to try out the IM feature in advance, you can test it with Yeastar Cloud PBX Free Trial.
