Description
Yeastar S-Series PBX and Cloud PBX can monitor system events then send email notifications to the specified contacts. The administrator can add contacts to define where to send notifications. The system supports to send notification by email, call extension, call mobile, and SMS. Then when some anomalous events occur, the PBX will notify the associated personnel through the notification method immediately.
Use Case
Event notification can be used in many cases to keep the associated party keeps track of the phone system. For example, if the administrator sets PBX to notify him when CPU overloads, he will have time to respond to it to avoid system breakdown.
